Will the lectures continue as announced?

Yes, they will continue. The respective lectures themselves will only be held digitally. Nothing changes in terms of content!

How do I get my access data for Ads Camp 2020?

You will receive your access code and a schedule with all information via email within the next days. If you haven’t entered your personal email address yet, just send us an email here.

Can I ask questions after the respective lectures?

As always at the Ads Camp, you can ask your questions during the lectures. The experts will be available to answer your questions after each session. In addition, the closed Ads Camp group gives you the opportunity to get answers and solutions for your individual problems even after the event.

Which technical requirements do I need?

For your participation in the Ads Camp 2020, you need an internet connection and a laptop or tablet. You will receive your individual access data for the stream by email before the event.

Networking is important to me. Can I get in touch with other participants before the Ads Camp part 2?

Absolutely! Exactly for this purpose there will be an exclusive Facebook group. Here you can get in touch with other participants and the speakers and follow other discussions.

Will the Ads Camp be recorded so that I can watch the talks at a later date?

Of course, we will record the talks and you will receive the recordings afterwards. But question rounds with experts, interviews, rankings and panels are only part of the live event.

Can I return my ticket?

If you decide to return your ticket, you can of course do so. But then we can’t give you access to the lectures, the group, the networking event and the other benefits. If you want to cancel your ticket, please contact us here

I have already booked a hotel / train ride, what about it?

Please cancel your journey and hotel, the train and most hotels are accommodating.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

Yes, the ticket is transferable. The access to the Ads Camp itself is personal and limited to one device per ticket. If you want to transfer your ticket, please contact us here

I have a day ticket, can I also watch the lectures of the second day?

Your day ticket entitles you to attend the respective day. You will also receive the recording of the lectures of this day and the slides afterwards. If you have a day ticket and want to upgrade to the Combi-Ticket, just send us an email here.

When will the exclusive expert group on Facebook be available?

The group will open on May 1.

Can I use my ticket for Ads Camp 2021 instead?

There will also be an Ads Camp in 2021. There will be a separate advance sale for this during the year.
